Photo Lab Density Reading Form

Print this form and bring it to your photo lab along with your test film when you have it developed, or ask if they'll read an already developed roll. The lab will measure and record the density readings for each zone.

How to Use This Form

  1. Download and print the form above
  2. Shoot your zone test following the ZoneLab workflow (see User Guide)
  3. Develop your film according to your test parameters
  4. Bring the developed film and printed form to a quality photo lab
  5. Ask the lab to measure transmission density for each zone using a calibrated densitometer
  6. Enter the readings from the completed form into ZoneLab
